I found this to be most interesting about K. A. He was totally incompetent 25 years ago in the Wichita and OKC Divisions. I've seen his childish attempts to 'manage people' since at that time that was what they were preaching to the new and up coming little snot nosed mis managers. He went along with some insane story that the working hands were bankrupting the company because everyone of the dirty filthy no goods were putting a candy bar on the expenses every day. He firmly believed the crews in every yard had to be treated like children and disciplined like children. I'm surprised he didn't have a wooden paddle in his office with the hopes of using it. I admit that this has made my day knowing someone FINALLY got rid of that clown. Have no idea about the other part but its a very fine laugh I will have every day too. Fantastic.
This is sad, I was laid off. I gave it my all, I helped everyone out whenever I could. I continued to make improvements everywhere I worked. I think the PGL's work together to get rid of competition. I was a lot more qualified than them. Oh well I guess I will move on. To all the good people out there hang on or find a job that don't lay off. Why help them your number could be next!

Imagine all the plant improvements we could have if the ceo, vp's, and board of directors were not such free loaders. That's right. But be sure not to go a minute over on the time clock. We will make our companies and the oil and gas industry great again. We will organize and the days of a fancy degree, being a certain mans son and an accountant pleasing Wall Street and not the customer are over. I'm not saying I disagree with safety or standards in manufacturing or operations, but lets have some sense. Punish the guy if he needs punishing who makes a mistake. Metatarsal protection shoes are a joke and we all know it. If an employee actually makes a mistake then learn from it, if its deliberate then fire the person. In the United States of America we hold individuals accountable for their actions not the people around them. We also have fair trials where we'd rather let a guilty man go free than lock up an innocent man for one hour.How many times were you or others you know treated as an American? How many times were you treated otherwise? Yeah.
America will be great again and we need to make it great again and start uniting. Lets start making things great again, and one thing that helps is unity. Look how these wolves ran through us. They act like we are sheep, it is time for the sheep to become lions. The oil and gas industry is going to start ticking up soon. One thing about this downturn, when it picks up I don't think you'll see people come back as dosile as they once were. Again the abuses tallied up, call it policy, it was then institutionalized abuse. Tide is turning, the days of get out of my face and let me do my job are coming back. Keep it up and you'll see unions return. managers have organized, labor is about to do the same.
