With the layoffs occurring till 2017, how does Colgate justify a new building. It makes no sense. You have some people who can't wait to get the layoff notice.They are apart of the old plan.. they will make out just time..They paid their dues..Then you have the middle person...No old enough but management wants you out. I guess if you are on the ship list and no one likes you at the top...chances are you will get the pink slip..end if June or early July.. Most people are having a hard time working...If you are from asia, India or Latam and can speak a second language. ..you will have a job... the rest of us will not...Sad truth, you can see the folks they are targeting on a daily basis...HR people need to keep their mouths shut about people potentially losing their jobs to employees they call friends.

TG is was hired to get rid off IT dept. He cleaned Honeywell and got great reward. He is doing same at CP.
New building is a joke.. By getting rid-off loyal employees working for many years.
They will relocate a majority of the NY folks to PW, Park Ave is too expensive to justify anymore.
