Yeah, the selfish managers who do nothing but make sure all their own box ticking is done are the ones who stay and go far. It's the Halliburton way, look after yourself, have an "I'm alright Jack" mentality.
When I left my old job to work at Halliburton I thought I was joining a global champion of innovation and excellence. How surprised I was to discover their manufacturing abilities are about 15-20 years behind other industries.
What a horrible company to work for. Last time I'll work for an American company ever again.
Teamwork? Alien to Halliburton.
Humour? Alien to Halliburton.
Real training (not some sh1tty irrelevant HalU) Alien to Halliburton.

Oh how I regret working for this company, and working for an American employer in general
Usually the ones who care about there personal. Are the first to go.
