The Gombu people are a hard-working, multi-ethnic, LGBT friendly, tolerant of all types group of exceptional employees. They have no more bad players than any Business Unit. They do not tolerate slackers and you are one of them @HtJOaSW-kwa. Keep your hatred and vitriol to yourself and for the person who will be cutting you soon since you are useless and like to make unfounded accusations. Who is going to get hammered? DWEP or GOM or both?
They are going to get hammered soon. Head count is way too high
@HtJOaSW-tyo I heard that DWEP laid off a few people (technologists and engineers) but their headcount pretty much remained the same. They absorbed a lot of folks from other BUs, especially SASBU. They are also ending most of their consultants next week or by the end of May.
GOMBU is reaping what it has sowed. It will disappear eventually. Long overdue given the number of people who swore never to work there again after experiencing that Northpark office environment. There is no other BU with such a bigoted and hostile working environment.
DWEP won't have to layoff anyone because they are special.
