Stuff and nonsense. At the rate Mattel is laying off and firing, people never a chance to quit on their own.
if someone would ask a hard question on any of the topics you just mentioned they would be marked for death and everyone there knows it. The employee updates there are pure propaganda/BS. I quit going to them years ago as it alway reminded me of Jim Jones preaching to his captive audience. The only questions asked are meaningless ones by the assKissing Club aka AKC.
If anyone questions anything regarding the Company's poor performance or unfair policies they are done, they rule by fear & intimidation at MattHell which exactly why I left when I did. I just couldn't take the BS asskissing that goes on there anymore.
Most of these items fall under the category of good leadership...have the management you are thinking about exhibited good leadership at Mattel or anywhere else that they have worked, in the last 10 years? Based on the comments I see on this site the leadership thinks employees exist to: provide them ideas to critque, approve, discard or to carry out their requests...based on the comments on this site, you should look for another place to work if you are looking to check off the Huff list, it ain't gonna happen under current management...good employee leadership doesn't seem to be a goal of your management...based on quarterly reports doesn't seem like they have any LT strategy, they never talk about it, only ST strategy and headwinds...and strangely no one really seems to question them on it...does it come up in your employee meetings or are they only for show and tell?
