If it can be done or if they were genuine abt bringing opportunities over/developing careers, it would be done since day 1. Nobody is convinced by the speech. The technical Engineers are just a stepping stone for you guys to climb up the ladder. There was never any plans for the technical Engineers. Many more resignations to come!!! Cheers from Sg!!!

Some managers have real fast career growth in Singapore technology. I doubt they are worth the money they get.

Uh, the OP isn't sure if the person he quoted is a man or woman? So, this post means that the new staff reduction plan is to wait for "technical engineers" (as opposed to 'non-technical' engineers?) to resign? Somehow I just don't think so.
I suggest going over to Geylang or Little India for some nice adult beverages. Just mind the new Liquor Control Act.....
