A reorganization is not going to happen. If you don't like it here leave. Guys like Putt will continue to contribute nothing, and take advantage of the company. His boss is not watching so he has a free pass at doing whatever he wants and will stay here forever just collecting a paycheck. So if you don't like it leave because putt never will
