Mass layoffs to begin on May 27th again

Not sure about Sears. I heard when they announced the additional 13 Kmarts and 6 Sears 2 weeks ago that there were going to be around 30 more Kmarts total. (In addition to the 68 announced last month) With the company deteriorating and sales falling across the board at both chains and it now being time to start buying inventory for Christmas, i wouldn't be surprised if there are more layoffs and more closings both.
Will there be more store closings coming so soon after the group announced in April?
Have you any information on what stores will be in this group,or are they going to be on the corporate level? On the store level, I don't know how we could run the store with less people, but I would not doubt that corporate will think we can,no associates on the floor but still do everything to met those metrics, even if you are making little or no paycheck at the end of the week.
Doesn't matter where info comes from, I just wish all Sears employees would walk out on Eddie
A day after they release the first quarter results. Makes sense, they will be terrible. And the 27th is a Friday, how convenient.
Where do you get this information.
