Totaly agree. Most of Tamils freshers are leaving chennai. They groom freshers as psychos and teach domination only. I felt bad about generation getting mentally disturbed by Tamil seniors and their slavery thinking.
This is a very warped perspective. A single person's problems cannot be generalized like the above statement.
Very true. CTS is Cognizant Tamil Services..if you are a non Tamil & specifically a Tamil brahmin (tam bram). Pls don't expect anything from the company.
Chennai and Tamil Society, if u r a non Tamil then forget about everything. You will not be given promotion, will not be treated with respect, managers (mostly tamilian ) will show as if dey are doing favor to you by keeping u in project and no value given to innovation n new ideas.
