Come on bosses at top level what's your plans I have a good 1 use your experience in uk for world wide field duty never mind the locals down in Africa etc as they say use your knowledge where it's based make 1 pool for world wide cover never mind the money some boys want the chance to travel but as normal management fail to show willingness

Baroid vp etc need to not only look at investment but also doing away with this grades they have in place at bss operator assistant and all the rest make 2 grades this being operator and supervisor let's get away from this American labour way and pay the workers the wages they deserve people having to work 3 weeks offshore then 1 week at home never see there kids or wife's this is wrong all round we are not robots but working people we should be like Norway partners life comes before work there better idea give uk boys rota in Norway not much chase of upper bosses agreeing to that give the boys a well deserved increase and waken up
Yes investment is required within bss everyone goes on about the tcc units but costs are to large for clients plus personnel what bss should be looking at is decommissioning world wide as this is large business and top dollars to be made
I agree with your comments see halliburton are good at saying we don't want any not shut downs we let's see about some investment into bss as we lack behind other companies when it comes to contracts etc.
Let the offshore travel and cut your costs on not
