Proxy voting

Go into your fidelity and look at your messages. Go there and do your proxy vote. I didn't even know this existed until I saw it on here a few mins ago.

This proxy vote is not a yes/no thing. You can vote "for" or "against" any board member's future membership, whether or not top exec's earnings will need pre-approval, and whether they can pick their own auditors.

Should have voted when they were asking people if they should merge.

"I hope everyone with stock who is a employee votes NO.."

You do not need to be a current employee to take part in this vote. You just need to be a stock holder.

Here's the answer:

Vote "For" if you want to have a say in how much the guys at the top take for themselves.

How to interpret this question on the proxy ballot?

"ADVISORY APPROVAL OF THE COMPANY'S EXECUTIVE COMPENSATION"

(the voting options are For, Against, Abstain)

What do they mean by that, and who would be doing the advising? Deliberately ambiguous, I'm sure.

That's the way the big boys want it. Making it hard . Did you receive a proxy by mail? Probably not. I hope everyone with stock who is a employee votes NO.... On anything the big boys want.

Hell yeah. Not sure if our vote will really matter in the end, but I've voted against all of them. Thanks for letting everyone know. I had no clue it was there either.
