It appears that South University is the only financially sound educational entity under the EDMC regime. Will they be going down with the EDMC sinking ship?

When did south sell?
He's already negotiated out a deal with another corporation. Probably just waiting on all the heat to go down before making it public.
John South no longer owns South University; he sold the college and all associated properties. So unless he buys it back for penny's on the dollar or EDMC sells it off it will be going along for the ride.
Since South is primarily college owned by Mr South it will probably pull away at the crucial time in EDMC's downsizing.
