No More Pepsi Cronies!

Sinclair's useless Pepsi Pal Gros has got to go too. HR policy sets the whole tone & culture for a company. Zero changes since this overpaid C-Suiter came aboard, HR only protects upper management and does nothing to help the employees who are the real heart & soul of Mattel. A real turnaround starts with empowering people at all levels, not just upper mismanagement. This living in fear bullshit stops NOW. Adios, Gros. We need leaders who help people besides themselves.

MattHell HR aka Human Rats do absolutely nothing for the working non Director & below. There used to be one in the Tower who was supposed to be in charge of so called diversity within Mattel and she was actually trying to do things for the employees and she was whacked a little over a year or so ago.

She had been there quite some time, she was Hispanic. See Ya, don't let the door hit you in the ass

HR's Job is to protect and benefit the company. Has been for more than 20 years, probably forever at Mattel. If you complain that you are being discriminated against you are potentially a financial exposure to the company and need to be removed. It's the same if you are mistreated in any way by someone in a position of power. HR doesn't want to hear the truth. That makes their job more difficult.
