I wasn't asked for any self-feedback or feedback on colleagues this time. None of my colleagues have been asked for any feedback either. Is there even a review process taking place this time for the spring period? Have there been any review meetings conducted at any level?

Same experience here - i wasn't asked for feedback at all, the review period seems to have started and ended, and some colleagues have been awarded promotions as well.
No feedback, no salary increment - the review process has become a joke, as has this company.
