So this is what people at 5200 do all day...
You guessed it! I have a problem letting random idiots over the internet get to me, especially when trying to help them out since Weatherford sucks.. But hey, headius assius to you too or whatever :)
You really can get quite emotional, can't you? It's a terrible way to go through life...
Spoken like the typical dumb as f--- WFT Labs employee, loud-mouthed and opinionated with nothing of relevance to say.
From now on, I'll use elementary school vocab words for your uneducated ass
Ooooohhhh, aaahhhh...Quid pro quo. Here's another Latin term for you, Perry Mason: Headus Assius.
It won't work. No lawyer wants to tackle a case like this. Industry downturn plus Texas being right to work means the company is covered legally unless you can prove discrimination, hostile work environment, quid pro quo, etc. Without those, you basically have no case.
Basically in these times companies can layoff whoever they want and it's next to impossible to prove it was for anything other than reduction in force
Hey if you have a case then sue! Don't be intimidated to stand up for yourself. Trust me, WFT has money set aside expecting it. Most companies pay, the company does not want the hassle of fighting it.
You really need to get over it. It's business...nothing personal. I do find it funny that they will not hire former employees. Seems like discrimination to me, but backwards. To sue takes time and money... and most likely won't be worth anything - especially during these horrible times. Stop being so bitter... There's better opportunities out there. But holding on to your anger will only destroy you in time and no one will want to hire you. Plus..sue Weatherford, and you'll be blacklisted from other companies. Good luck!!!!
I sure like those fried tators! Uhh hon
Good luck with that
