Yep, all the racist f---s in the oil industry have it coming SOON in the form of discrimination lawsuits. Its called karma and when it bites you in the ass it sure is painful!! LOL

Funny, but serious. All must realign their debt, revalue our culture and change our mindsets. Racism in these major companies are not funny anymore, we have paid people less, hired in people that have been here years and still kept them at low wages. Everyone is not trying to be rich but be able to afford to pay their dues. We have overlooked minorities and placed incompetent people as managers whom have the skin color but not the skill set. My Demons hunt me im layed off 160,000 salary gone. There have been several degreed employees that we overlooked refused to hire and promote. In 2010 I toured a Houston facility and a young black man told me in 8 years several major companies will layoff or go under becuase we refuse to hire the right people. The oil boom is over China and Saudi Arabia you win, Americans cannot compete because of our racist views. Racism divides companies and breaks deals and we have lost who we are by hiring all the Bubbas who barely graduated 8th grade.
