2 weeks per year of service? nope, they're only giving one week per year of service.
That's about right since that's the point where you reach middle management always gotta piss on the little guys ehh?
100% wrong. this will be an enhanced package (at least for J band and above) 2 weeks per year of service.
Also, by announding ahead of time, they don't have to pay out the two week bonus. Hoping that people are productive for their last 2 weeks?

I heard the way they will do it is that they are gonna announce them ahead of time so no one can claim a WARN act violation.
