so what. I wash my feet in the sink sometimes also since during the summer, my feet get over heated and I need to use the cold water to cool them down.
But I do wash my feet and hands with soap before leaving the bathroom.

...Probably didn't "hit the target" either.
It's even worse when you see them walking out of the bathroom at Starbucks with their phone in one hand and a latte in the other. You just know they didn't wash their hands.
.....And before you folks jump on me by saying "What do you mean you've seen it..."Let me explain..Many times when I'm washing my hands, I hear some person in the stall that says "hey, how are you?"...And in the past I was like WTF is this guy saying hi to me from the stalls. And so I'm Iike "who are you, and why are you talking to me from the salls"... then seconds later, I hear "can hang on (to the person on the phone), a guy thinks I'm talking to him in the bathroom...." and then the person comes out of the stall, still with the phone in his hand (sometimes optionally washes his hands) and leaves and continues talking...
Yeah, like I said...eweee. If you're one of the people that has this nasty habit, just stop...
