Salary employees to be cut to hourly employees.

I was told people at SJP will be affected and changed to hourly.. question is how WFT will benefit and how will the employee loose?
What is grade 7, never heard of the grades.
Actually in corp too. If you are below a global grade of 7 you will become an hourly employee. Oh yeah, and overtime is still not allowed.
