Wages being slashed in half and the same with vacation time. I am done with this place. I honestly cannot live in fear daily worrying about this anymore. Thank goodness I have a second interview somewhere else this week. Since starting this train wreck of a job three years ago, my blood pressure has spiked dramatically. I am tired of working in a work environment based on fear. This is crazy! Not only do we get it from the students, the systems are inadequate, there is no transparency from management on anything. We are kept in the dark on everything. This is by far the worst company I have ever worked for. Anyone else feel this way or am I just crazy?

Don't worry so much. They will just hire people at a lower wage to replace you. Plus someone has to train them, it might as well be you. That should give you an extra couple of months.

I've worked in companies before who went through mergers. I never saw a company slash vacations, salaries, etc. layoffs happened and heads rolled in management but only once did I see layoffs and the jobs moved to Mexico.
Facts, what facts? This school is the best run and most fine tuned machine I have ever seen. Clearly this OP is a total liar and loser. This is the best career move anyone could make. Stop spreading lies about this wonderful company.

I am right there with you! My health has also worsen working here but yet I'm still here. We are still here because it pays great! No other job will pay the same. Keep working till our number is called - oh well
