Floundering, lost touch with its consumer base, forgot that it's their employees and the service they provide that gave it it's heart and soul. Too focused on the short term profits and not the long term gains. short sighted forecasting and a clinical eye towards business is going to continue to plague them. Prayers for the survivors. pity on the underpaid workers overseas expecting to pull labbits out of hats (intentional racist pun). y'all are in for a rough ride.

A valid comparison. To Sears' credit, they didn't resort to creating new red herring terms (headwinds) to try to fool investors and try to diffuse their poor decisions and numerous failings.
