Signal Hill in Bad Shape

Sales down which is no surprise to anyone, but losing customers due to incompetence is the last straw.

You cant beat experience, what will they do when it comes and have no one to do the work, if WFT survives this.

That's the result of laying off seasoned and experienced employees. WTF retains friends and family to save thier own but don't realize that this is a business and there are people that you need to retain. Management in Signal Hill and in Most WFT locations is screwèd up. I think the share holders are seeing how disfunctional this company is and stock valve is a reflection of this now. There is some good and honest people and wtf and there is many two faced slithering snakes aswell. One the biggest faults of this company is Nepotism and I know that in the majority of locations this exsits. Now that times are tough lets see how many family members and friends turn against each other. Evryone is going to turn on each other and times get rougher.
