If you all are so happy at your new jobs then move on already. Complaining on layoff is pathetic. Sounds a lot more like jealousy than happiness.
Did you really expect great results? Keep watching. Tillman and Sult are quite a duet and then add Deanna to the mix! A bunch of bozo's. Mr. nice guy at top hired them to do his dirty work including changing the working environment to what I call a cancer causing toxicity level. He is clueless and very dependent on others to make strategic decisions. You have watched elite workers walk out the door on their own accord. If you're smart take their lead. There are great jobs out there to be had and ones you are actually proud to work. I found mine and couldn't be more satisfied!
Earnings report = we're just "sustaining" doing nothing.. Good assets are undervalued.. and we aren't even spending money to capitalize...
The awesome thing is, if Marathon goes under, Mr. 11 Million will have the least trouble finding a new job.
