F--- Brett Romey - piece of sh-- hounds his managers about login and log out times all day and monitors Verint like a bitch. That f----t works 2hrs a day and comes and goes when he feels like it. Hell he couldn't even work a full 8hr day if you added his entire week up. He doesn't recognize people who are here to help serve their students which sometimes means changing up your schedule to accommodate them. Can't wait until the day I get to whip his ass Hope it comes sooner than later , f---ing little piece of sh-- with his Herbert Hoover haircut .

Romney is the worst piece of sh-- VP in the history of VP's at any company in the world. He's just a politician lyin' & trying to just work for his next paycheck. He doesn't even care about UoP, only his survival. The mother f---er is a spineless yellow coward who you can say whatever the f--- you want to say to him (as long as you're enrolling 10+ a month), & he'll take it like the $2 wh--ethat he is. He is solely responsible for the misery we feel here in the building, never has answers to questions, and tries to hide behind his title. Remove that VP title and he probably could not do the job of a new EA. F--- Verint ~ he's too much of a chickenshit coward to say anything to you directly. So do your job, and take the time you need. They will never get rid of the top EA's anyway...the school depends on enrollment, not leeches like Romney - last time we checked, he hasn't enrolled sh-- this year. If he was fired, we'd still be enrolling. So f--- a Romney, motherfuck a Verint, & I dare him or anyone else in leadership to say anything about it. Bitch.
These two-bit hacks will not make it through the August RIF. The entire management team across the board needs to be fired immediately once the new company takes over.
It's a pretty big toss up between Romney and Gloor when it comes to being the worst. Romney used to go to team meetings on the old Northeast and start with "I'm a numbers guy" like that was something to be impressed by. Well numbers guy, what are you measuring? Are you measuring anything that has to do with employees' attitudes toward their jobs? Are you measuring anything pertaining to morale? No you're not. You think because you promoted up through the ranks so quickly that everyone else should have the same outlook as you. Well we don't. Furthermore, you should take a moment to think about why you were promoted so quickly and why you still have a VP job when all you can do is look at a spreadsheet of metrics that were given to you. The same goes for Gloor. Worthless. I'm interested to see if the VP level will withstand the scrutiny of new ownership.
Gloor not only needs to get his asskicked, which I would love to do, or he's still taking it in the assfrom his buddy Tim Choleran. Come on people! Pull your heads out! This place is a no win situation for anyone. With leaders like Romney, Gloor, that absolutely clueless Kris Jackson and Maria, you are literally screwed anywhere you go in the organization. Pretty soon, everyone is going to be in one building at the end of Elwood street where it all started in 2000. Quit worrying about your jobs and take heed and leave. There is a better life after UOP. DOn't put up with any of it anymore. The once great company is now one of the worst places to work. BTW, just because someone is Mormon doesn't mean they're a bad person. So let's get over the persecution and bigotry already. I've known leaders in this organization who were LDS and who were also great leaders.
