Times of change are hard, but often good in the end. After all, how do we break old patterns if we don't change and how do we change without some sort of cataclysm? Food for thought. Embrace the changes.

two above individuals are SLB HR's that still have a job. Easy for one to preach to others about change & etc. when bad times hasn't landed on their laps as it has many others.
