So top heavy. Need to get rid of all these "fill in the blank" leaders that have no team under them.

I agree we need to flatten out management. So many lower paid workers have been let go so upper management could be saved. There will come a time when 5 managers are in charge of 5 people...thats the definition of a top heavy structure.
The company is way to top heavy, and that is where alot of the waste is. They need to remove all B.S. possitions that were invented for peoples friends and cousins. The pay for upper managment needs to be reduced down to the national average. Any bonuses should be paid out for actual performance and it should be across the board.
those two guys are too damn busy tugging on the pud to give a damn about the average joe..
Major shareholders and small shareholders alike need to call Dave and Jeff on this fiasco. And need to be held accountable.
the board of directors need to clean house. these two jackasses are worthless as a tick on a goats sack. who else could make a 3.8B mistake and keep their job ? lets also not forget all of the other integration/divestiture expenses. and now what ? more acquisitions to firm up the weak PSLs...bitch please. what, more multi-chems ? more PWRs ? more Global oilfield services (artificial lift)?
its ok though - Hal Academy will be back next year, i'm sure
