Just shuffling managers and talking agile & cloud first will not lead to success. It looks all talks in air. True. He needs to get rid of a whole lot of useless people down to the level of mid level managers. The rot and politics in this company runs really deep and any surface treatment wont be effective. Managers from Santa Clara, Fort Lauderdale, Bangalore and Hyderabad should be promptly fired.
