XenMobile is on cost reduction and outsourcing to china

Changes started to happen...

  1. Finally Gagan is out, some of his useless buddies moved to different team under Rick Becker which is now filled with directors reporting to directors. boy it's a nightmare looking on this group

  2. Suresh John from Santa Clara was let go and a new leader from Nanjig will take over Santa Clara. This is purely outsourcing plan. They had Jay Jawahar to run the Santa Clara office but didn't do that.

Microsoft and XenMobile integration is a catalyst for the turmoil.

Doesn't XenMoble have to oddest reporting structure with many directors reporting to other directors? Lot of layers for such a product that isn't revenue generating?
