How much impact?

any idea how big it is
A reliable source has indicated that the leadership is working towards an October 12 date.
Do we know anything about what will be affected?
Who?
1 of the 5 Ops directors just left yesterday.
He was walked out since mgmt. found out he was leaving in 2 weeks to a potential "competitor" .
ICP pays out July 15.
Does anyone know when the ICP payout is going to happen ?
Does anyone know how many have been cut/quit since the march 1st massacre?
I'll collect my ICP bonus this month and then I'm gone. I think this is how most people (in IT at least) also feel. If you are in IT and you DON'T want to move to India to keep your job then do yourself and your family a favor. Get out. Now.
5 directors in OPS = 1 million dollars ..... mwahaha ..........
Hahahaha "integration"
Any idea where the impact will be? and what is planned for continued "integration" of SolidFire sales teams?
Attrition is expected to meet the headcount targets by NetApp Q2. Sr Management is tracking attrition very carefully and no replacements are being approved. If head count goals are not met, then more layoffs are inevitable.
Start with Chantal Faucher and the 4 directors she promoted.
5 directors in OPS?
How did it become official?
NetApp paid both of my kids' tuition. It's been a great ride and I don't have regrets other than seeing a once great company become a shadow of its former self. Dust off your resumes and don't wait for the inevitable. This company may one day be great again, but it won't be before it's turned itself inside out.
George needs to clean house on his worthless execs. How clueless can he be to not fire deadweight like Denise Cox.
Also adding how top heavy can you be at the vp senior director and director level who handcuff their people from making decisions.
You folks are funny. George only has a little hand in this. It started with Geogens, Salmon, Mendoza along with the fact the market is saturated also adding Geogens ego to purchase his old company Engrnio which didn't pan out. This company is not going to see any growth. George is just a placeholder to steer the ship until it's sold.
Kurious George's knife is coming back out to slash away at more loyal, hard-working NetApp victims.
Not surprised at all. Q2 will not be the last one either.
Thank u for confirmation I have heard same
