It's not going to close, Yes there is changes on the way, shifts is it one or two shifts day's and back 10 hour day over time at weekend if any at all, At the moment there is work and a few get over time how long it last only time will tell, Managers must change and a few has to go, Mark for one he has been a waste of time, Long bay has got to change their is 3 or 4 W.,ke?s you know who you are NEW management is a must, as it is and it does close you have let yourself and Baker Hughes down
