Hello Argosy Employees,

By June 22, possibly before then we will be eliminating the success advisor position as it now currently stands. You will all be laid off with the chance to interview for your jobs once again with the understanding that there will be a new pay structure. We cannot as a University pay recruiters such high amounts so 45-50k will be the new salary ranges. If you don't like it, too bad go find another job making more than 50k in the Pittsburgh region with the limited skill sets you do have. It will be pretty hard for the majority of you so we know you will take this money and work hard for the peanuts that we offer you. Thus, in essence we essentially own you for crawling back to us and making you beg for your job at a lower salary. Good luck to those of you that decide not to come back, we more than likely won't offer you a severance or if any it will more than likely not be more than a week of pay, regardless of your tenure. Can't wait to see all of your faces in our upcoming meeting.

I can beleive everything except the one week serverince part. Don't see how they could offer that normal package to on group of the company and not the other. Just sounds like a law suit waiting to happen if you ask me. Guess crazier sh-- has happen.
