What every employee is doing at ITT-Tech -- recruiting!

Lets face it, every employee at ITT-Tech is tasked formally, or informally, with recruitment and retention. On ITT-Tech's job search website, it is clear what is important to ITT-Tech.

In the category of regular full-time employees there are 3 full pages of listings under "student recruitment" but only 2 and a half pages of listings for "academic affairs."

Here is job overview for this position, on ITT-Tech's job posting website for recruiters: "An Admissions Representative identifies, interviews, and facilitates the enrollment of prospective students in a program of study offered by the school."

Go inside the mind of a top recruiter -- read this LinkedIn entry for a ITT-Tech Director of Recruiting with 4 years of experience -- and decide for yourself what kind of employee ITT-Tech wants:

Modany is no hot shot. He is a very average bean counter kept in position by a delusional board. When I heard Modany speak I was astounded by how inadequate he sounded. Not what you would expect from the CEO of a supposed educational establishment.

Don't read this if you are eating dinner. It may sicken you.

Here is the entire list of requirements for "admissions representative" on the ITT-Tech jobs website.

Read this list and ask yourself what items in this list qualifies an individual to perform the tasks in the overview: "An Admissions Representative identifies, interviews, and facilitates the enrollment of prospective students in a program of study offered by the school."

Anything that indicates they can be trusted to advocate for adults having academic, personal, financial, behavioral, mental, motivational, or medical challenges?

Catalogs lists plenty of deans and chairs. Facilities are said to have up-to-date equipment. Degrees are supposedly in high demand by employers.

Kevin Modany thinks he is still a hot shot CEO?

Kind of creepy, like one of those classic "time warp" Twilight Zone episodes.

Yet all too real! ITT-Tech / ESI took in almost a billion dollars in tuition last year. Hundreds of thousands of former students can't pay back loans.
