It wouldn't be much different than what the customers are seeing now. Half the departments with no one in them and the other half with one Outfitter.

I work at the hamburg store and agree. I am embarrassed to say I work with people like this. I avoid the break room, there is so much complaining and fellow co-worker bashing done in there, its unreal. Yes the morale is low because off all the changes, but complaining isn't going to do anything. This is a business, and as unfortunately, like all businesses, the company will do what's best for the big wigs. Yes it sucks. But for right now, I have a job. I go to work, do my job, then leave. That's what adults do.
I pity all the outfitters at Hamburg who work around all this hatred. Never saw so many people that want their coworkers fired. I think you should come together and hope and pray no one else is effected by these corporate cuts. We always heard that Hamburg was the biggest and best store, right now you look like a bunch of idiots!!

It all starts with Johns and Peel. They certainly didn't stand up for their employees and show a total lack of respect for all.
Show some respect for your employees don't cut them to part time and then throw little money at them to not leave.

Outsider here. Your idea of having a sick day will not work and you will just be terminated. Best advice is to document everything. When you file for unemployment the company will say it was your idea or mutual parting of the ways. Been there and that is what the job service told me that the company said it was my idea when I got laid off.
Why not all call the 1-800 and file complaints that departments and hours have been cut so why should Peel have a staff of Szlegia, Yenish and Krause . There certainly isn't that much work for them with all the cuts and now moving towards set schedules.
Get rid of the scheduler, the manager can now do it since there's less people and more defined hours.
There doesn't need to be a trainer, the leads and department manager can do that .
The HR admin can go since all she does is gossip and hang at the picnic table.
Have the Delaware HR cover both Hamburg and Delaware.
That will eliminate a lot of payroll dollars.
Get in a HR that knows how to run HR and not be a damn puppet.
