Ok,so what the heck. No one seems to care about employees at Katy CAMERON. The managers are so busy putting new plans into the works that they all run into each other just get face time. I hope they let me go soon, give me my little pakage, send me on my way. I wouldn't stay and work for SCH for twice what I make. New plant manager trying, but too late. Old plant manger, engineer, is blind to what is needed. More srap parts made than good parts. Who cares?.???? Union guys want direction. Salary folks want direction. CAMERON, WHAT DID YOU DO TO US? We worked long and hard fou you and you cut and ran leaving us with nothing. After all these years. I HOPE YOU CAN SLEEP AT NIGHT. I CANT. How am I gonna take care of my family? Why didn't you take care of us, we little people made you rich. Give better severance payckages, something that helps folks not lose their homes, cars, health insurance. Pay for the insurance for a few months. SCh, pick up the slack. Your image is in the mud with most of the folks at Cameron, and your reputation as employer is not good.

They should lay off at Katy location. They've letting cleaning crews go, and HR told all MG shifts that they may be cutting grass at Katy. The managers cut presses from the schedule, customer orders sit idle while operators sweep floors. SLB needs to get some eyes on the place before they lose all the customer base.
