In China SS & MAV adds up to 40% market share in the most recent Q1'16, so it's a stretch to say all other OEMs do not matter. But Huawei displacing Xiaomi is definitely not working for QC as Huawei does not use Q chipset in their flagship model. Huawei has already taken 9% Chinese market and they are on the rise.

it doesn't matter that hundreds of small OEM's use QCOM. Given QCOM business model, there are only two OEM's that matter. MAV and SAMSUNG. One is gone, the other is half gone. There is no way to keep 20k thousand employees just selling and repacking a chip to a single company. SM needs to find something or the business will have to get to 6k-7k employees to be sustainable.
LOSER, hundreds of OEMs use QC chips but do not use Intel's, does that indicate that the Blue team had already been f---ed for hundreds of times?
Current Qualcomm business model at the high end cell phone range is not sustainable ; too much competition as lower end cell phones nearly meet similar technical performance.
Samsung, Huawei, Xiaomi, Apple, MediaTek, etc... are also on the list to take market share from Qualcomm
