Very little respect for the staff behind closed doors and the new integration team is already flexing aggression. JZ was just the first. Once new people get settled their are more to come including discipline mgmt ant staff. Be warned....

Has anything significant come out of this unit in the last 10 years? really, or has we been on autopilot. Hell, the last 18 months has just been a musical chair dance. Big meeting Friday between upper mgmt. something BIG org wise but not claiming layoffs. I think it is clear to say a reorg is inline free the fiasco with acquisition

nothing to be alarmed about, just an over reaction to a potential security breach. when news of the new LWS technology became known there were several cyber and corporate espionage hacks thwarted as the company reacted in order to maintain its position in LWS. no word yet on how this will impact market share.

plenty of resources remaining for sanction, doesn't matter who any longer as we have recently seen. more so on what someone's vision of the future is, perhaps a big change or total reset make over. but the original intent was to divest right, which didn't happen as for whatever reasons we wont know, but somebody know and maybe thst is the plan, to correct that shortcoming.
