They better not wait much longer or the doors will be locked. Running an entire store on 6-7 Employees the last couple hours of the day? Why not just Close at 7 instead of 9? 1 Cashier for the entire store and then expect your floor outfitters to leave their already understaffed areas to cashier? NO receiving staff to run replen? Pegs sitting empty for DAYS when the product is in the back room. The "new" policies that were implemented are obviously a way to run sales into the toilet. Why else would there be No staff, no product and managers that hide in there offices all damn day.

I can't imagine what it is going to cost BP to rebuild the company after Cabela's execs destroyed it to drive up their bonuses and make the sale. Customer base is dropping big time with customers needing to find other sources for their goods. Most of the card holders burned up their point and used gift cards a long time ago when talk of the sale hit the internet. Now what?
It would be nice if they would stop blowing smoke up our ass!! Enough with the "We don't know anything" BULLSHIT!!!! It feels awful to watch a company you have been with for 16 years just slit their own wrists and watch them bleed out!!!
"Supposedly" Bass Pro only wants 27 of the stores and they're out west (smaller ones), not sure the "Gods" will want to sell off just a few to each group looking to buy us or sell the stores in one lump sum
Don't worry, a clean out of the top is coming. Once they gather all their gold from the sale that is.
It resides with the ceo and his so called team. There needs to be a complete and immediate clean out of the top, period. What a disgrace
This is happening in Hammond. Nobody is running replen at all. The shelves look bare. The warehouse is getting slowly gutted.
The current operations manager doesn't care as she is too busy kissing the behind of the store manager. Sales are down and product is just sitting in the back waiting to be put out but there is no help. The manager of the warehouse is not to blame as he is trying to get stuff done but there is only so much you can do.
The problem lies with management and thre willingness to cut staffing to the bone as well as let everything go to hell in order to pad their bonuses. Morale and pride in your work are gone.
The store is only getting worse as corporate HR had to come in and deal with the store manager. Apparently the store manager likes to berate and harass everyone during the day. She is unwilling to get off her ever-expanding behind and help out. Her and the ops manager sit in the little cafeteria for hours and gorge themselves while others run around and try to get things done. It's truly disgusting and shameful considering the ops manager is rumored to make around $96,000 a year. God only knows how much the store manager makes.
