Colgate is getting rid of all the talent. Anyone who knew anything is being let go. They have hired people at half the cost with a tenth the knowledge. They think because you have an IT degree you know everything about computers. Just because you have a microbiology degree you know everything about quality. It is a joke! MC and TG are clueless because everyone is told they are not allowed to say Mumbai and Mexico aren't working. MR is a worthless pawn. There are so many violations of code of conduct by upper management, it reminds me of Enron. Come Jan 1st when everyone with talent is gone, it will go to hell, and they will blame the people who they got rid of instead of the no-talent assclowns that are taking over the duties but not letting them fail. Karma will come back and get them. I hope TG and MC get a blanket party in the parking lot. They deserve prison rape for what they are doing to people and their families.

IT dept. is a mess. Hiring friends. Director hires his son's Football coach as DR person.. Go figure that one out.. Nepotism. Previous director hired his wife who has not worked in past 15 years as Sr. Business Analyst. It was too much for her so she was downgraded to part-time.. Also that's was too much for her so she quit.. What a f* joke ? All contracts are given to Microstrategies. Kickbacks are going on. That Italian Little monster Capt. Chaos makes all the money by taking kickbacks. He has chemical engi. degree and don't even know how to spell IT.. and he is a director because he was friend with some higher up..
Complained to Ethics lines.. Useless Ethics line Just Like Wells Fargo. .This management and Ethics line people should be investigated by DOJ and put this A in prison. Hiring clueless people. Promotions are based on who you kiss a. .and golfing. I can write a book about IT dept.
September September ..restructuring & layoffs are coming. ..It's going to be interesting. If you think your job is going away..Get your resume out and remember one important things. .Colgate is not the only company in town..You will be surprised the job you can find. Another door will open and it's colgate palmolive loss. Don't get depress and start planning for the next job..When Colgate starts to get rid of their talented employees. ..Trust it's all about their own insecurity they have within the walls of middle management. Change is coming and if Colgate are treating people baldy or unfairly. .they will go under. And most likely be bought out by another company. .I would not be surprised a merge with P&G for personal care in the next few years.. I hate to say this, but why does it seems like Colgate is only hiring one grout of people. ..
The Enron statement is so spot on. If people only knew... Ask how much those Q4 trips that we take to Germany are. What gets accomplished?
Colgate doesn't care....Colgate only care about the money...management is trying to obtain information from people before they are let go...Lol...it's not working too well for them..Folks are not stupid.
