It's a foriegn company. Basically they hire jocks to do the shoe shining.
The company gets a large tax break for employing foreigners. Everyone should know that plus they are cheap labor. Baker doesn't care about anyone except for the upper management to get rich and line their pockets!
Because this country is lawless and it's enabled and encouraged by a government that represents foreigners and not its own citizens as some sort of way to make real and mostly imagined wrongs right.

I was let go, I am not finding work. I am a veteran with an education and great work experience and I have H1s working in place of me.
