Additional Layoffs and Cuts to be announced at of this year. If you are working on a project that's not going any where, don't be surprised if you get booted with that project, no matter how well you have been doing in the past.

Things have peaked and we are headed into the trough for this cycle. Once the realization hits that there is no growth ahead, major cost cutting will be the order of the day for the next few years.
What if I've been really working hard on my TPS reports, collecting status and on top of it I'm a people person? Would I still get laid off?
If you can't grow the top line, you have to cut costs to boost the EPS.
