Thread regarding Colgate-Palmolive Co. layoffs

Company going to hell.

.In the last three weeks I have seen people be mistreated in so many ways. Job opportunities they are qualified for, they are over looked.. They don't fit the quota profile..Can't make it up. You will still find some good managers and people but they are becoming less and less each month. I don't know about you but I come into work with a target on my back...Marginalizing everything I do and laugh in my face... Hard to deal with..I wish I could tell HR..waste.... So I am waiting for my pink slip hoping God will open a new door for me.. What advice would you give me...

I got to be honest. If your job has any high probability going to Mexico or India you have a target on your back. A lot of people are saying this. I do believe everyone is accepting the reality their job may be gone in 2016 or 2017..but they do not like it. I don't think the folks who feel they have a target on their back need to see a shrink.lol. .I believe management who are pushing out the talent need to see a shrink. Work hard and do your job...Tell that to the folks who lost their job in March....or the folks at the Morristown plant..They work very hard. .Do they need a shrink. ..I don't think so..

..So many people have tags on their back because of gegip and they work their assoff. Said to say..even if you did your job ...if management dislikes you..your gone... That is called the target. Stop trying to figure out people who wrote this and see the reality.

Advice, you should see a shrink if you really think you have a target on your back. That's sick thinking. I bet I know who you are, because you say it out loud every day too.

Do your job and do it well, or find a new job, stop blaming everyone else for your problems.
