You are getting close to the people behind the root cause of the majority of the company's issues, but those people have still not been dealt with. As with any disease, you can treat the symptoms and survive a little longer...but in time, the disease will destroy you. I applaud the latest moves as they are the right thing to do...it is just sad that it took this long. Will it take as long to FINALLY treat the disease and deal with the root causes ? This company's future depends on it because low oil prices and incompetence cannot exist in the same arena very long.

Oh well sitting here in my office seeing that oil was heading upward but I gues it was just on a Bull run . Well if Q2 come up with a lost the Bubble will bust or it will be tight as hell I knew his hand wasn't as good as he say it was Dumb ????? . Nice thought but $50 ain't gonna change the playing field any noticeable amount. $60 for 60 days will start things back up, albeit, not the previous level of activity. Mud companies are simply too dumb to quit cutting each other's throat. 2016 is not going to save any service companies. NP will NEVER get back to $1 billion - EVER. Simply too many wrong moves by Dumb and Dumber. Sucks for the stockholders.

More personel reduction and salary cuts. At some point Dumb and Dumber have to realize they cut the wrong people. I know of at least 8 rigs Newpark would have if they kept people with "relationships" rather than the a**kissers they now have. And those 8 rigs would have good margins-something that does not currently exist at NP.
