Thank you for not giving a crap about how long people are with with Cabelas! Warehouse is down to a skeleton crew with only 6 full-timers. EVERYONE else goes to part time! No matter how many years you are there! No recovery will be done, hmmm I wonder now who will do it! Certainly not any of the dept employees all they know how to do is use the broom!

If customers are unaware of what is going on and it is cheaper for Cabela's to do it, then why would Cabela's NOT do it?
Unfortunately Cabela's isn't the only company that is doing this. You hear about it ALL the time. I guess it's just part of a business.
This is all big news effecting thousands of people, but you don't hear anything about any of this in the press. Completely unaware customers just keep wandering into the store oblivious to the situation.
No one said it wasn't ALL stores . It sucks for ALL stores and ALL employees that have have so much to this POS corporation for so many years and get treated this way! DEFINATELY will tell eveyone I know NOT to shop there again and why !!
Heave to and prepare to be boarded. It won't be pretty and it'll hit everything Cabela's touches.
You may be one of the giants but you aren't immune to what the rest of us are dealing with. Most stores have already been hit with this over the last couple of weeks. It's not just night crew but all positions in the warehouse. Some stores are cut to only 1 or 2 full timers total for the back end. Everyone else got moved to part time or let go. Inventory's gone and there are cuts everywhere. It's only going to get worse.
Grow up hamburg. It's all the stores.
