I heard somebody say no more cuts for Landmark in 2016. Anyone else hear this?

The moving date out of OP to NB is July 8th. A very long drive from OP to NB (around 70 miles round trip).
Be ready for couple of extra driving hours due to traffic jams/rush hour (I-10, 290, 249, I-45, and Aldine-Westfield) and $5K-$6K a year for out of packet expenses for tolls, gas, etc.
Of course, old bald head Nags loves to clench his brown asskind
I've been with this company for several years now and in that time, there has not been a single quarter where there WASNT layoffs. And under Nags our software has gone to sh--. Nobody is buying our crap and who can blame them when they can get Petrel systems for about the same price.
So yes, there will be massave layoffs probably starting this month. I'm hearing that entire offices are going to get closed and North American employees replaced by much cheaper offshore resources.
Old Nags does look after his own kind you know.
i have ocean front property in Kentucky to sell you very cheap if you believe that there are no more layoffs....... What a dumbass, you f---in idiot.......
agree..... I think that the head count will be much lower 15 to 18 thousand employees globally.
Time to find a new career boys and girls.......
Who ever is saying that is full of sh--...... If people are so damn stupid to believe stupid crap like that, then you deserve to stay put and hold on to this dying horse, because you deserve what you got coming to you. If you are so damn stupid thinking that something magical is going to happen in the oil and gas industry in the next year or so, well, what can I say.
And if you are even stupider to think that Halliburton will somehow make it through the next year or so, with the oil and gas industry as it is, and especially after the 3.5 BILLION dollar stupid disaster...... Well, hang on there brother, cause I got something to tell you, when everything is said and done, I will be very surprised if Halliburton has 25k employees by this time next year in 2017......
I personally think that Halliburton has no choice but to sell off more assets to include PSL's and a lot more employees. I would not be surprised if another company tries to buy Halliburton the same way that Halliburton tried to purchase Baker. Only difference is that the deal will actually go through.......
An old said "if you just happen to see a snake and brown-nosed laying about to die on the road. You gather rescue a snake, instead of brown-nosed"
Thats what they tell you so that you don't leave before they are done with you.
Where did you hear such a good news? If from clenching browse-nosed, you will be dead in your dark work at no time.
