It is probably just stuff about transformation, and that layoffs are over. So get back to work!
I hear there is going to be a 30% reduction in work force. they are targeting those who are about to get 7 years employment so they do not have to pay for more vacation. And those close to retirement. Because of such a large reduction in workforce they are required per US laws to have the meeting. After the meeting Tuesday your HR rep will be meeting with you all.
I hear there is a 10% pay cut to all EMS employees. It is all part of the transformation into less pay with more responsibilities!
