I was a student at UoP and now I can't afford my heroine. I don't want to pay my student loan back, I want to sit around and get stoned. Who do I need to talk to?

@FormerPhoenix, join the Phoenix Fraud Fighters on Facebook. And if you have federal student loans, fill out a "defense to repayment"with the US Department of Education. The Debt Collective has an application just for that.

Did you stop to think that it's you that isn't taken seriously and has nothing to do with your degree? If you went to a state school and you were having the same problem getting a job who would you blame then?

Workers and even students have successfully sued UoPX, not by winning in court, but by suing in US District Court so that the settlement agreements were more favorable to the plaintiffs. Besides suing University of Phoenix, workers and students can make formal complaints to several agencies, including the Federal Trade Commission, US Department of Education, and their state Attorneys General. I wrote this piece for military service members and vets, but much of the information applies to others................................................................................. https://www.linkedin.com/pulse/service-members-vets-fight-quality-education-heres-how-dahn-shaulis?trk=mp-author-card
