For an interesting read of information provided by Cabelas, go to their investors page and look up the SEC filings. The 10 K-A filing gives a lot of information on the change in control protection that has been given to the top execs. Even if they sell the company, the execs get their bonuses, stock options and a few years of severance pay. What does everybody else get? Nuttin?

Protects top execs and some Sr. Management, maybe that's why they aren't leaving. The rest would leave if they could sell their houses. Most are stuck till the end!

Interesting, even shows how much each exec will get when we all get sold out. Easier to sell everyone else out when they don't lose a dime! No surprise this doesn't get talked about in our corporate world! Something stinks along with Tommy's v----a! Now we know who the douche bags really are. The stink is coming from inside the house. Not Elliot! Sounds like VISION SCREW THE OUTFITTER AND SIDNEY was a better plan than the feel good Vision 2020 BULLSHIT. call the shareholders meeting and get it out in the open. We have lives to live and need to know the TRUTH for a change.
Interesting reading. the top tier protect themselves with quiet maneuvering in the night so to speak. All I can now say to all those individuals with the rose colored blinders, what do you see now, do you see the truth or are you still willing to be bottle fed a lie. What are you looking at when the elite of cabela's and Sidney quietly line up all the legal avenues to acquire their golden parachutes, and leave in the dead of night as it were. Do you still wish to drink the kool aid given to you. Or are you about to wake up to the fact to what these carrion have done to the what was once know of the jewel of the panhandle.

I have seen this before and I pity those who be left behind to fight over the scraps. Nothing will be left. The maneuvering and control of the media by those in 'power' has been quite effective in keeping the vision of the common populace off of the true intent and purpose. Those pitiful souls left behind after the carnage is over will be left with paying the bill.
Sidney is nothing but a microcosm of Washington DC and it has learned its lessons well.
