Is it a bad sign that the meeting hasn't been announced yet?

There was a rumor at one point they were going to have it in Denver this year.

"Delaware law dictates that the companies cannot delay meetings for more than 13 months after the date of the last one..." Last years meeting was June 3rd. Law also states they must announce " no more than 60 and no fewer than 10 days out from the annual meeting..." Isn't this odd that they still have not announced a date? Curious if they will have it at the high school again, there could be towns folk show up with torches and pitchforks ....
