"Delaware law dictates that the companies cannot delay meetings for more than 13 months after the date of the last one..." Last years meeting was June 3rd. Law also states they must announce " no more than 60 and no fewer than 10 days out from the annual meeting..." Isn't this odd that they still have not announced a date? Curious if they will have it at the high school again, there could be towns folk show up with torches and pitchforks ....
At this point I'm entirely convinced this is the case. First they'll sell off the unnecessary departments (since Bass Pro already has their own staff) and trim it to where BP is only paying for their stores so they can knock the Cabela's name off and put their own up.
I can confirm Bass Pro was in town a few weeks ago. They ate at a downtown restaurant.
It can't be Bass Pro, our leadership has been telling us it's not, after all they are dependable, truthful folks right??
