They are incompetent. No one will hire these "cut and paste" guys. Only QC will hire these guys since QC doesn't know how to play algorithm...lol
CE team is the first one should be dismissed.
Actually company pay good cash bouns and RSU to them.
Cut and paste "Engineers". They spend most of their time attending meetings when not cutting and pasting.
My dear co-worker never found root cause and always passed the issue directly to our team. How come the company will hire or need such a **** team.
Their RCA process is essentially to reload the latest build and hope it passes if not just tell the customers we promise it give a patch with an unverified "fix" soon. Don't even get me started on the level in incompetency there. I dare you to find an "engineer" worse than Alemu.
